Investor Update 🔗

Greetings,

This past quarter has marked a decisive turning point in enterprise communications. While the industry rushes to bolt AI onto legacy systems, SignalWire has emerged as the architect of what comes next, and our momentum proves it.

With our roots in FreeSWITCH (the engine powering Amazon Connect, Five9, Dialpad, and Zoom Phone) and our relentless push toward programmable, composable communication systems, we've always been ahead of the curve. Now, our AI-powered voice stack is proving itself as a true game changer in telecom.

The old model of bolting AI onto existing call systems is dying. The future is integrated: real-time AI and telecom, seamlessly orchestrated from the same layer. While competitors struggle with 1-2 second response delays, SignalWire delivers sub-800ms conversational AI. That's what makes conversations feel natural. That's what SignalWire offers today.

The launch of our Programmable Unified Communications (PUC) platform (the first to combine CPaaS flexibility, UCaaS capabilities, and native AI integration) has not only attracted new enterprise customers, but also enabled them to build modern contact centers with AI at their core. We solve the integration nightmares that plague the industry by providing a unified interface at scale to everything: WebRTC, SIP, PSTN. We've also strengthened our platform with strategic partnerships, including adding Rime.ai's advanced voice synthesis capabilities to give developers even more choice in creating natural-sounding conversations. While competitors are just getting started at what we've already been perfecting, we're the pioneers who created the PUC category: the evolution of communications infrastructure.

This quarter, we've demonstrated our production-ready AI agents with transparent barge capabilities (allowing natural conversation interruptions that competitors can't match, even in noisy environments) while they're still showing scripted bot demos with awkward delays. We're rapidly scaling toward enterprise deployments that handle billions of minutes annually, and we're onboarding a leader in the CRM space for what will be truly game-changing integration work.

What makes this momentum even more significant is the developer revolution we're about to unleash. The SignalWire Agents SDK represents the next evolution of our platform, turning what used to require months of complex integration work into single lines of code. Web search, knowledge retrieval, CRM integration, multi-platform deployment from your laptop to AWS Lambda, all with the same sub-800ms performance that makes conversations feel natural. While others struggle with vendor sprawl and webhook infrastructure, we're eliminating 80% of the development complexity that has held back voice AI adoption. The impact is already being felt by innovative startups like Relay Hawk, who are building next-generation voice AI applications on our platform. This isn't just another SDK. It's the framework that will accelerate the entire industry's transition to intelligent communications.

The road ahead is transformative. While others struggle with architectural limitations and integration complexity, we've built the unified platform that enterprises demand. We have the team that created the telecommunications infrastructure powering today's leading platforms. And now, we have enterprise customers experiencing what the future of communications looks like: Conversational Voice AI that responds in real-time. Conversational Voice AI that understands context. Conversational Voice AI that integrates seamlessly with their existing operations.

Thank you for your continued support.
